1 Day Before Moving

Make sure with your mover that he will come with a bill of lading. This document will contain the following details at least; the delivery address, transit dates, insurance coverage, and the total cost of the move.

If you have pets see it to that they don’t get panicked with the hurry-burry of the move day. Lock the pets safely in a place which is out of the way of the loading process.

It will be a nice idea to get a baby sitter to take care of your babies on the move day. Remember to sign the inventory sheets, bill of lading and pack/unpack certificates. Stay home till the last item is packed by your mover; make sure to note any damage which is happening due to the move processes. Finally remember to clear your house before you move. Before leaving permanently have a final round of checking around and inside the house; almost seventy percent people who are making a move for the first time movers almost always forget some important things in their house.
